If your device does not meet the requirements, the app may not launch or may run poorly.
■Restart the app.
Please try closing the app and re-launching it to see if the issue is resolved.
■Restart your smartphone.
Please try turning your device off, and then turning it back on again.
■Switch to a more stable network or to a different connection type (such as switching from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G).
If you decide to use your carrier's data network, please make sure that your connection speed is not being throttled.
■Turn down the graphics if you're able to launch the game.
1.) Select the Menu button on the upper right corner of the Home screen, then go to [Options].
2.) Under the [Graphics] tab, turn down the settings and press [OK] to apply the changes.
■If your Android device has a microSD inserted, check where the app is installed at.
If the app is installed in your microSD, please move it to your device's internal storage.
