Please try the following steps to see if any of them resolves the problem:

  • Please make sure that your device meets the system requirements.  
    If your device does not meet the system requirements, the app may not start.
  • Restart the app.
    Please close the app to restart the game.
  • Restart your smartphone.
    Turn off your device and then turn it back on.
  • Switch to a stable connection or switch from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G.
    If you are using 4G/5G, please make sure that your connection speed is not capped or throttled.
  • Set the graphics to "Low" if the game starts up.
    Open the Menu in the Home screen (button with three bars in the upper right corner), select [Settings], then select [Graphics] and adjust the graphics from there.
  • If you are using an Android device with a microSD inserted, check the location where the app is installed.

*If you confirm that the app is installed in the microSD, move it to your device's main storage.
