Please make sure that your device is properly connected.

■For Gamepads
If the message “Device disconnected” is displayed on the Sonic Rumble screen, the gamepad may have been disconnected. Please try reconnecting your gamepad and see if it resolves the issue.

■For Keyboard & Mouse
When the connection is lost, the cursor will disappear from the screen.
Please check if your keyboard and mouse are connected properly.

Once your devices have been reconnected, please try restarting the game and/or your PC to see if the problem is resolved.
