Please make sure that your device is properly connected.

■For Gamepads
If the message “Device disconnected” is displayed on the Sonic Rumble screen, the gamepad is disconnected.
Please reconnect the gamepad.

■For Keyboard & Mouse
When the connection is lost, it is not displayed on the screen.
Please check if the device is connected properly.

When the connection is properly connected, try restarting the game/restarting the PC to see if the problem is resolved.
