- Make sure that your payment information is registered correctly and that the expiration date of your payment method is valid.
- Make sure your past payments have been completed successfully, regardless of the application.

[Note] Sonic Rumble Party is currently only available in a select number of countries, and because of that, you may encounter problems with game updates and in-game purchasing if you play from certain countries.
