You can delete your account by following the steps below:
1.) Select the menu button (三) at the top-right corner of the Home screen and select [Settings].
2.) Next, select [Delete Account] from the Settings page.
3.) After reading the warnings, type DELETE in the text box, then press [Request Deletion].

Upon doing so, the following information will be deleted:  
*Keep in mind that once the following data has been deleted, it cannot be restored even if you contact us.

1.) Any data related to your user ID (play data, items in possession, etc.).
2.) Third-party data (data shared with groups other than you and SEGA).

  • Once the deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to log in to your account.
  • The automatic subscription for Rumble Plus will not be cancelled even if you delete your personal data. Unless you cancel your subscription, you will still be charged. Please cancel your subscription through the platform you signed up for by referring to the following links:

  • Deleted personal data cannot be recovered.
  • You will not be able to play the game once the deletion is complete. Keep in mind that you will not get any refunds for deletion.
  • You will lose any Red Star Rings or other remaining items in your account. Item transfers or refunds will not be possible.
