We've received reports that some players are getting a "Failed to connect to server" error message after starting the game.

After looking into this issue, we suspect that it's being caused by poor connection between the game servers and the players' Wi-Fi or mobile networks.  As such, please double check that your internet connection is stable before playing the game.

If the issue persists, please try switching from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G (and vice versa), or try moving to a location with better reception.

Since the game servers do not support IPv6, please make sure to connect using an IPv4 network.
