Go to MYSEKAI Settings > Options to set who is allowed to visit you.
You can set it to Anyone, Friends Only or No One. Selecting No One makes your MYSEKAI private and ensures that no other players can visit.

If someone is visiting you when you change this to No One, they will be removed from your MYSEKAI.
