Rainbow Memoria is a rare material that can be exchanged in the Wish Piece & Memoria Exchange for the Memoria of a character of your choice.
You can earn it as a reward for MYSEKAI Missions or the MYSEKAI Mission Pass.
Go to Menu > Exchange > Wish Piece & Memoria Exchange to use them.
