To unlock Ranked Matches, you will need to reach Player Rank 20 first, then achieve Full Combo on at least 5 songs on EXPERT difficulty or higher.

To check how many times you've achieved a Full Combo, open the Menu, then go to [Profile] → [Default Profile], and then flip the page to see the Full Combo tab.
