Dual Skills is mechanic exclusive to Bloom Festival characters. Unlike regular characters, Bloom Festival Exclusive characters have one skill in their non-upgraded form and another in their upgraded form.

You can choose which skill the character will use during shows by toggling said character's illustration. However, please keep in mind that characters with Dual Skills have separate levels for both skills.
