If you keep getting disconnected during Co-op Shows or Virtual Shows, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1.) Avoid playing on public transport as you could easily lose connection in such environments.
2.) Make sure you don't have too many apps open at the same time, and that you haven't been playing the game for a very long session. Both of those could make your device unstable.
3.) Make sure your device meets the system requirements. While the game may still run on a device with insufficient specs, there's a good chance it may not work properly.

Please note that receiving a phone call or a notification from another app may also cause you to get disconnected from a Co-op Show/Virtual Show.
