You can get Wish Pieces and Wish Jewels by going to the Green Room and exchanging your unwanted Characters for them. To access the Green Room, open the Menu and select [Green Room].

The exchange rate is as follows:

・4★ Character: Wish Jewel x1
・Birthday Exclusive: Wish Piece x300
・3★ Character: Wish Piece x50
・2★ Character: Wish Piece x5

*Please keep in mind that you will permanently lose any Characters that you exchange for Wish Pieces/Jewels!

You can also obtain Wish Pieces from Virtual Shows based on the amount of Fan Points you earn. The amount of Wish Pieces you receive will be displayed at the end of the Virtual Show.
