If you have linked your account, you can restore your play data by following the steps below:

iOS
1.) Sign in to the Game Center account that you linked with your game.
2.) On the title screen, tap the Menu button on the upper right corner, then go to [Account Transfer] → [Link to Game Center].
3.) Double check the player name and rank displayed on the screen, then select [Account Transfer] if it is the correct account.

Android
1.) Sign in to the Google Play account that you linked with your game.
2.) On the title screen, tap the Menu button on the upper right corner, then go to [Account Transfer] → [Link to Google Play].
3.) Double check the player name and rank displayed on the screen, then select [Account Transfer] if it is the correct account.

Transfer ID
1.) On the title screen, tap the Menu button on the upper right corner, then go to [Account Transfer] → [Transfer to different OS].
2.) Enter your Transfer ID and password, then select [Transfer].
3.) Double check the player name and rank displayed on the screen, then select [Account Transfer] if it is the correct account.

If you haven't linked your account, please contact customer support by tapping the Menu button on the upper right corner of the title screen, then selecting [Support] → [Support].

We highly recommend linking your account upon starting the game to prevent accidental data loss.
