We have received reports that our users have been getting a system message about interrupted matches and points earned in the WPS Contest, which is then followed by an Error Code 300011 message.
 
We truly apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently investigating the source of this issue. Once we have any updates regarding this issue, we will be announcing them through notifications and we will update this FAQ.
