⚠️We have identified a technical issue that prevents users from receiving their First-Promotion Rewards, and we are planning to fix it in a future update.⚠️

 

Division promotion rewards in the World Premiership can only be obtained during your first promotion.

If you've already been promoted during a previous season, you cannot receive the rewards again.

Once you've claimed your rewards, you are no longer eligible to receive them even if you're promoted again after your Division went down during a new season.

 

You can check whether you've already claimed your rewards by going to [Rewards] → [First-Promotion Rewards] for each Division.
