You can use Data Reset Mode, which will allow you to reset your Career Mode save data back to the beginning of year one.

You will unlock the ability to reset your save data once you unlock your second or third save slot.

Please keep in mind that you will need a specific item to perform the reset.

 

Furthermore, save slots marked with "No Save Data" or "Creating Save Data" cannot be reset.
