This issue may occur if you have multiple audio peripherals connected to your PC, such as speakers, headsets, microphones, Bluetooth audio, HDMI audio, and so on.

 

Please try disconnecting all of these audio peripherals or reducing the number of peripherals connected to see if it resolves the issue.

 

*Please make sure that the devices are physically disconnected instead of just disabling them.
