The following troubleshooting steps might resolve the issue, so please give them a try:
----------
■ Please try restarting your PS5.
When you do so, please make sure to completely power off the console instead of using Restore Mode, and then turn it back on to see if the issue is resolved.
To power down your PS5, press the [PS] button and select [Power] → [Turn off PS5] from the control center displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Upon doing so, the screen should turn off and the power indicator should flash white before powering down.
■ Please try reinstalling the game.
Your issues could be caused by corrupted data, so please try deleting the game, reinstalling it, and checking to see if the problems persist.
On the PS5 Home screen, highlight the game with the cursor, press the [Options] button on your controller (Ξ), then select [Delete]. After deleting the game, turn off your PS5, wait for a few moments, and then turn it back on and reinstall the game.
Please be careful not to delete any data that falls under [Save Data (PS4)] or [Save Data (PS5)] within [Settings] → [Game and App Settings] in the upper right corner of the PS5 Home screen, as these data cannot be recovered once deleted.
If your PS5 is connected to a network, please disconnect it temporarily as a precaution.
If you are playing the digital version of the game, please delete it, re-download it, and then try running it again.
■ Please check the [Downloads/Uploads] menu to see if the game is still downloading.
On the PS5 Home screen, press your controller's [PS] button. Then, in the control center displayed at the bottom, check the download or installation status of the game under [Downloads/Uploads] located in the center.
If the game is still downloading or installing, please wait until it finishes before launching the game.
■ Please check your PS5's system software version.
To check your system software version, select [Settings] on the top right corner of the Home screen, then go to [System] → [System Software]. Select [System Information] to view your console's current version.
If your console is not using the latest version, please update it as soon as possible.
■ Please try restoring licenses and see if it resolves the issue.
You can perform this procedure by going to [Settings] → [Users and Accounts] → [Other], then selecting [Restore Licenses].
■ Please check where the game is installed at.
If the game was installed on an external M.2 SSD storage device, please try moving it to the console's internal SSD storage to see if it resolves the issue.
