■How to Check Your Purchase History
To check your purchase history, please follow the steps below for your purchase method.
[Android]
1.) Log in to Google Pay (https://pay.google.com/).
2.) Open [Transactions], select a transaction from this app and check its order number (Transaction ID/GPA number).
[iOS]
1.) Select [Settings].
2.) Tap your username and select [Media & Purchases].
3.) Select [View Account] (A sign-in prompt may appear).
4.) Select [Purchase History] and check the order number.
[Steam]
1.) Log in to Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/).
2.) Click your username in the top right corner of the screen and select [Account Details].
3.) Select [Store & Purchase History] → [View Purchase History].
4.) Select a transaction from this app and check its transaction ID.
[PlayStation]
1.) Log in to the official PlayStation website (https://www.playstation.com/en-us/).
2.) Select [Account Management] from your user icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3.) Select [PlayStation Network] → [Usage History].
4.) When "You will be redirected to another page" appears, select [Continue].
5.) Select a transaction from this app and check its transaction ID.
[One Store]
1.) Open [MY] at the bottom of the ONE store app screen.
2.) Select [Purchase History].
3.) Select a transaction from this app and check its purchase ID.
[Huawei]
1.) Select [Settings] on your device.
2.) Select [Account Center].
3.) Select [Payment & Purchases] → [Purchase History].
4.) Select a transaction from this app and check its transaction number.
[Xsolla]
1.) Check your purchase's e-mail receipt.
2.) Verify the transaction number.
[MyCard]
1.) Log in to your MyCard member account (https://member.mycard520.com/en-us/Login/Index).
2.) Select [Search Inquiry] → [Transaction History].
3.) Select a transaction from this app and check its transaction code.
[UniPin]
1.) Log in to UniPin (https://www.unipin.com/).
2.) Select [Transaction History] or [Orders] on your account dashboard.
3.) Select a transaction from this app and check its reference number.
[Razer]
1.) Log in to Razer Gold (https://gold.razer.com/us/en).
2.) Select [Transactions] from your user icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3.) Select a transaction from this app and check its transaction number.
