I.) If you wish to delete your account, please use the [Delete Account] option in-game. You can do so by following the steps below:

2.) Go to [System], then select [Delete Account].
3.) Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your account deletion request.

If you'd like to delete data that is not covered by [Delete Account] in-game, please use the [Personal Data] inquiry form and select [Data Deletion].
Please note that the [Delete Account] option in-game deletes the following data:
・Any data linked to your user ID (play data, owned items, etc.).
・Any data shared with third parties (entities other than you and SEGA).
 
II.) If you wish to make corrections to your personal data, please select [Data Rectification] in the inquiry form to proceed.
 
III.) If you wish to inquire about your personal data, please select [Data Disclosure] in the inquiry form to proceed.
 
IV.) If you wish to restrict access to your personal data for ad tracking and such, please keep in mind that the only data you can restrict is your device's advertising ID. You can apply these restrictions on your own by adjusting your device settings:
 
[iOS]
1.) Open [Settings].
2.) Select [Privacy & Security].
3.) Select [Tracking].
4.) Select your desired app and turn its tracking off.
 
[Android]
1.) Open [Settings].
2.) Select [Security and Privacy].
3.) Select [Privacy Management].
4.) Select [Advertising].
5.) On the [Ad Privacy] screen, select [App-Based Ad Suggestions].
6.) Turn off [Allow App-Based Ad Suggestions].
 
*Please keep in mind that the menu names and steps may vary depending on your device model or OS version.
 
[Huawei]
Users with an HMS device can select [Disable personalized ads] via any of the following paths:
1.) [Settings] → [Privacy] → [Ads and privacy]
2.) [Settings] → [HMS Core] → [Ads]
3.) [Settings] → [Privacy] → [HMS Core] → [Ads]
4.) [Settings] → [Security & privacy] → [More settings] → [Device identifier] (The specific path depends on the operating system version of a user's device.)
 
For HUAWEI Vision devices, users can go to [Settings] → [System] → [HMS Core] → [Ads].
 
If users do not agree to receive any personalized ads, the OAID will be replaced with an all-zero non-unique value to stop receiving personalized ads. Users can go to [Settings] → [Location] to turn off the location-based advertising switch.
 
Users with a GMS device that does not have the above HMS device settings can go to [Settings] → [Google] → [Ads] → [Opt-out of Ads Personalisation] on the device and use Google's ad settings to do so.

1.) Open [Settings] on your device.
2.) Select [Account].
3.) Select [Settings].
4.) Turn off [Allow access to app usage information].

Your device's advertising ID is not collected in these platforms.
